This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical and professional standards required of every Stratablox Expert. By adhering to these principles, you ensure the sustained success of our clients, protect the reputation of Stratablox, and fulfill our non-negotiable commitment to legal and regulatory compliance. This is not merely a set of rules, but a definitive guide for maintaining the highest level of professional conduct, ensuring that all our actions are transparent, honest, and aligned with our core values.

I. Professional Integrity and Behavior

As a Stratablox Expert, your personal conduct reflects directly on the entire firm. You are expected to demonstrate professionalism, respect, and ethical decision-making in all your interactions.
Honesty and Non-Misleading Conduct: You must always act with complete transparency. You must not knowingly mislead Stratablox employees, clients, partners, or third parties by misrepresenting facts, credentials, or the scope of our services. Additionally, you must provide accurate, up to date and verifiable information regarding your career history, legal name, affiliations and professional experience. Accordingly, you are required to update Stratablox if such information changes prior to a transaction.
Reliability and Accountability: Demonstrate the highest level of reliability by honoring all commitments, meeting agreed-upon deadlines, and promptly communicating any potential challenges. You are accountable for your decisions and actions.
Respectful Workplace and Client Environment: Stratablox is committed to a professional environment free from all forms of harassment, discrimination, and bullying. This applies to all interactions with fellow Stratablox employees, clients, and third parties (such as vendors or regulators). Unacceptable conduct includes, but is not limited to, offensive comments, intimidation, unwelcome physical contact, or any actions based on age, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

II. Engagement with Clients and Third Parties

Our relationships with clients and third parties are built on trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect.
Client Confidentiality: All client information, data, and business dealings are strictly confidential. You must not disclose or use any confidential information for personal gain or to the detriment of the client or Stratablox.
Objective Advice: Deliver advice and recommendations that are objective, impartial, and based solely on professional expertise and the client’s best interest.
Third-Party Relations: When interacting with third-party vendors, partners, or regulatory bodies on behalf of Stratablox or a client, conduct yourself with respect and adhere strictly to all legal and ethical guidelines.

III. Compliance and Professional Competence

A commitment to continuous learning and full compliance is mandatory to maintain the quality and standing of Stratablox.
Regulatory Compliance: You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to your work and to the operations of Stratablox and its clients.
Expertise and Diligence: Only undertake work for which you are professionally competent. Remain current in your field of expertise, especially concerning emerging threats and security best practices.
Reporting Violations: You are obligated to report any observed or suspected violations of this Code, Stratablox policies, or applicable laws to company leadership immediately.

IV. Adherence

Stratablox may, in its sole discretion, terminate its working relationship with you at any time, including as a result of your failure to comply with this Code of Conduct. If appropriate and permissible, we may choose to provide feedback and an explanation for any violation of this Code of Conduct.
